Event Photography Live complies with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults or defects. Replacements or refunds are available for 28 days after purchase and can be requested via email to info@evphl.com.au. Please note however the following from the ACCC in regards to major faults and defects:
A product or good has a major fault or defect when:
- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- it is significantly different from the sample or description
- it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- it is unsafe.
In consideration of the above, Event Photography Live will offer refunds or replacements for any printed products that have major faults or defects upon delivery. Event Photography Live cannot offer refunds on digitally downloaded photographs, however may instead offer a store credit for legitimate accidental purchases.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your digital download, please contact us as soon as possible at info@evplh.com.au stating your order number and details of the image you purchased.
